AICCU startup service dangerously broken

As mentioned in <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/22872>, the startup
service of the AICCU port is badly broken.  I just had my SixXS
account suspended because the service caused their TIC server to be
spammed.

Since nobody seems to be around to provide a proper fix, I would urge
you to at least rip out the service for now so it can't do any harm.

I'm a noob here but if I understand it correctly, it's sufficient to
remove the "startupitem" lines from the Portfile to do so.  A simple
patch is attached.
