Unable to clone SVN using git-svn

Hi

It seems I'm no longer able to update my repo, using git-svn, I get
the following error:

$ git svn fetch
Can't create session: Unable to connect to a repository at URL
'https://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/trunk/dports': Error
running context: The server unexpectedly closed the connection. at
/opt/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.22/Git/SVN.pm line 143.
$

I can update an SVN checkout just not a repo using git-svn. Anyone
else seeing this?
