font ports?

Adding a fonts_dir, similar to applications_dir or frameworks_dir. That
includes a setting in the configure script, an option in port1.0, and
respecting its value for binary archives.

Only with support from base we could include ports writing to the
/Library/Fonts/MacPorts/ location.
