OpenCoarrays port update request is 19 days old

Could someone please inform us how to update the OpenCoarrays port?    I submitted a Ticket #49124 requesting the update 19 days ago:

The port maintainer does not have commit rights.  Can he be granted commit rights to speed up the process in the future?  We release bug fix updates frequently and have released further updates since the original request.
