All KDE ports need a major revbump, due to recent changes to qt4-mac

Yes, I had started listing all the KDE ports which need a revbump, but lacked time to proceed on this. Hopefully I could get on it in the next few days.

Some ports in the KDE suite have indeed other issues that need to be fixed. I am gradually looking at these too.
