svn commit access down again this morning

Hasn't worked for me since yesterday sometime. Definitely not any time
today (Thursday). I even tried manually entering in my (20 character)
random password (PITA) without success (didn't work with cut-and-paste
either, to be fair). Just gave up for now. - MLD
