install from local repository

[Abdulrahman Alshammari]

Hey,
I have tried to install the software from my local repository. After I type portindex and it successfully parsed, I run 
sudo port install civl
I got this message. 
Error: Port civl not found

 I search about it, but there is no enough details on this. Any suggestion ?

Note: It might appear my name as "Ziad Ali" instaed of "Abdulrahman Alshammari". 
This is an issue that I am trying to fix.
