request commit of updated ports py-lmfit/py-uncertainties

dear developers,

patches for the updates ports can be found in https://trac.macports.org/ticket/51954 <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/51954> and  https://trac.macports.org/ticket/51955 <https://trac.macports.org/ticket/51955>. The maintainer tested them and confirms that they work. Can someone commit the patch in ticket #51954? Ticket #51955 can be closed as the update for this port has in the meantime already been applied, see https://trac.macports.org/changeset/151023 <https://trac.macports.org/changeset/151023>. Thanks!
