The idea was to end up with a *single* file that summarises the
progress from one portwatcher task that would eventually be also used
for figuring out who should get emails from failed builds. So
basically a replacement of the status files from the old buildbot.

I'm 100% sure that this could be programmed in master.cfg, but I have
no clue how to iterate through the triggered builds from the
portwatcher.

What would be the best way to prepare the summary of the builds at the
end of the portwatcher?
