Broken libgcc update

Hi all,

Yesterday, r148332 updated libgcc and several versions of gcc. The build bots failed to build these ports, and now my own machines are seeing the same build error (failure in comparing output from two build stages).

The result is that every build or update with a gcc dependency I attempt, will fail.
