Yeah, well. I like stability in things that form the basis for stuff that might be in flux all the time (or not). And base is named appropriately :)
Also explains why I still haven't gotten myself to upgrade from 10.9 ...

The point remains that we may want to push this functionality out as soon as it's ready to be tested in the wild, at least as far as selective signing of specific applications is concerned. Otherwise a port like lldb will have to wait until base is updated, or it'd have to include a "preview copy" of the signing code.
