Where to find buildbot's home folder and .subversion/config?

Hi,

I installed a buildbot slave using MacPorts (for stuff unrelated to to
buildbot used for MacPorts itself) and I want to use the "buildbot"
user created by the package manager.

The problem is that I cannot figure out where to set
     use-commit-times = yes

To start with, I don't know where to locate
    $HOME/.subversion/config
for the user "buildbot".

I consulted:

> dscacheutil -q user

name: buildbot
password: *
uid: 513
gid: 512
dir: /var/empty
shell: /usr/bin/false
gecos: buildbot

but /var/empty doesn't really help me here.

Any suggestions?
