Sure. If all the modules work. Otherwise, provide the previous version
or two-- which is why I'm -1 on only providing the latest version. Also,
whilst widely-used Linux distros are bundled with older versions, those
older versions should be available in MacPorts-- that's an assertion
with a lot of subjective terms in it, though. I'd say Ubuntu 14.04 is
still widely used, for instance, others may disagree.
