py36 sub-ports fail to build

Thank you for the hints and tips :-)
I've been using MacPorts since 10.5 and am still learning ;-)

As for the 'diff' thingy, I made it into a script I'm calling
'diffPorts' so I don't have to retype it again-and-again ! I just wrote
the whole thing out in order to be explicit about what I had done
