Found a consistent trigger.

If safari is _not_ running:

"port gohome gtk3"  -> brings up “A keychain cannot be found”

Activity monitor shows safari is launched as my userID

Have to force-quit Safari

If safari is not running:

"open https://www.gtk.org <https://www.gtk.org/>"

works correctly.


If safari is already running:

"port gohome gtk3"  -> works correctly.
