MacPorts Meeting 2018 notes

Hi,

As most of you already know, the most dedicated MacPorts developers
are currently spending some productive time in Slovenia.

For those who might be interested, mostly Clemens and Rainer are
making some excellent notes on the fly. You can find them here:

(Some developers were interested in following the meeting "live", but
that's nearly impossible to organise unless there's a specific topic
with a small number of remote developers. When there are three groups
of people hacking locally on their own stuff it's nearly impossible to
do any video.)
