My bad. This works:

host_blacklist distfiles.macports.org aarnet.au.distfiles.macports.org ywg.ca.distfiles.macports.org ykf.ca.distfiles.macports.org pek.cn.distfiles.macports.org lil.fr.distfiles.macports.org nue.de.distfiles.macports.org her.gr.distfiles.macports.org jog.id.distfiles.macports.org fco.it.distfiles.macports.org kmq.jp.distfiles.macports.org nou.nc.distfiles.macports.org osl.no.distfiles.macports.org jnb.za.distfiles.macports.org cjj.kr.distfiles.macports.org mse.uk.distfiles.macports.org sea.us.distfiles.macports.org

I suppose I could leave out aarnet's or kmq.jp's (longer rtt) as fallback if master sites don't have the source or are unreachable for some reason.
