[macports-ports] branch master updated: inspectrum: new port

OK; guess I didn't follow the cmake 1.1 discussion (somehow).

So for current ports that use cmake 1.0, updating looks to involve 2 parts:

1) "1.0" -> "1.1"
2) remove the "cmake.out_of_source yes" line and comment.

Initial testing looks like that's all I need to do. Does that sound correct? - MLD
