py-twisted is missing dependency on PyHamcrest (affecting buildbot slave)

I had not run into this problem. I have not updated the ports on the MacPorts buildbot servers in awhile. Changes in MacPorts 2.5.0 broke a part of my infrastructure scripts, and I need to repair that to be able to update the ports again.
