texlive-ec - Computer modern fonts in T1 and TS1 encodings

Trying to build the help manual for reduce and the log indicates the following error:

The file in question is part of the texlive-ec bundle which does not have its own port. Could it be part of another texlive port? Not sure which one.

BTW, I already have the following texlive ports installed:
