GSoC 2019 [Buildbot ideas]

I'm using npm run watch. In the boilerplate, there is no field called
'committer' in the change:
https://github.com/uglycoyote/buildbot-react-plugin-boilerplate/blob/master/src/BuildbotJsonInterfaces.ts.
It only contains the author field. I also tried using the other fields, but
none of them had anything that resembles committer.
