[macports-ports] branch master updated: isl: revert back to 0.20

isl has the openmaintainer policy, but as the maintainer, I would appreciate knowing more about the recent activity.
The commit message does not indicate why the version was reverted.
Did the new version break GCC?
At the very least we should probably document this kind of thing so that others (like me) don’t make the same mistake.
