Netbeans port

Hi all.

I was thinking of making a Netbeans port since recent versions aren't packaged nicely for Mac. The distfile is 303MB, which would make it one of the heaviest ports I could find (looking at `size` entries). Is this too big? If so, would it be acceptable with e.g. special license notation (to prevent builds from being stored or whatever)?
