Deprecation of scripting languages in macOS

The statement "it’s recommended that you run python3 from within
Terminal." does not imply Apple will be providing a Python 3 runtime
environment. Used to be that Apple provided a Java RE, but now that is
left to Oracle. I imagine Apple might declare Python as what Douglas
Adams called a SEP.
