Update Qt5

Hello, 

I’m working on pushing the new version of ParaView. It currently has problems with Qt 5.11 and it’s reported in the Kitware Gitlab issue tracker that with the new Qt (5.12.2) on Mojave, the problems vanish. Can we bump up the Qt version so I’ll try to build with the latest commit of ParaView and see if the problem is really solved?
