It’s to be also noted that all the availability tests that are now build into the current SDK are designed to make sure that you’re going to be able to run on your requested DEPLOYMENT_TARGET

So even if the build system flubs it, the SDK will also try to have your back.

TBH, I’m not sure what else we can intelligently do here.
