Big Sur will be both 10.16 and 11.0

This is bizarre.  The numeric version appears in the system itself, in 
/System/Library/CoreServices/SystemVersion.plist.  Will SYSTEM_VERSION_COMPAT 
somehow mangle the file contents?

Maybe it should have been code-named "Spinal Tap". :-)
