I suspect that there is, but that it's provided by the system rather than 
by a port.

Another issue is that an X11 app could be installed purely for remote use 
over an X11 connection from another machine.  In that case, the server 
wouldn't be needed at all.  Again, a warning note would be OK, but not a 
hard dependency.
