macOS Big Sur 11.0.1 crashes when MacPorts tries to install p5.28-locale-gettext

I had same problem with other ports (non Perl). It started to download distfiles and sudenly i lost network access and after 180 secs it rebooted computer. It is probably bug in network extension framework in macOS...
