GitHub CI Jobs Failing During MacPorts Bootstrap

I’m seeing the following failures in the CI jobs, during the MacPorts Bootstrap phase:

Installing MacPorts
Fetching...
curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 403 Forbidden
curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 403 Forbidden
Error: Process completed with exit code 22.

Any thoughts/ideas…?
