Requesting review/testing for PR 12595

A few users have requested that qt5-qtwebengine work on Apple Silicon, which this PR hopes to provide but I cannot test myself. There could also be a much neater approach for switching a single Qt module to a different source than what I used.

I am also aware that KDE offers a patch collection for Qt 5.15, which some Linux distributions now use. Is there interest/volunteer effort available in using these from MacPorts?
