Should CI/buildbot report rev-upgrade errors?

Should CI/buildbots report any errors from `port rev-upgrade`? (I'm not aware that they already do.)

Additionally, is it true that, once CI or a buildbot has built and installed a port, `port rev-upgrade` should never report any errors? If so, should the build be marked as failed if there are rev-upgrade errors?
