Nodejs 16.16+: error:0308010C:digital envelope routines::unsupported

Thanks for the info, for now --openssl-legacy-provider fixed the build for filebrowser.
I have a PR open for nodejs16 adding an openssl11 variant, but I’ll probably change it to just ping to openssl11 instead.
