Problem Building Port After Upgrading Macports from 2.8.0 to 2.8.1

Thanks Josh.  I can confirm that the bug relating to extract.rename has been fixed.  I can now build totp-cli again on Lion and Mtn Lion.

When somone has a chance, please review the Pull Request for totop-cli and merge the changes.

If you sync from git you will get the change immediately. For rsync it
can take up to a couple of hours I think.
