pijul: Update to 1.0.0-beta.6, requested review

Hey,

In the wake of several ports being broken after a new version of libsodium
was pushed, I opened a PR to fix any errors regarding these ports.

However, I believe some ports, like pijul, would be best handled on a
different PR, which did not garner any particular traction. I'm requesting
a review on this particular PR (1), as it will help with the progress of
the previous PR mentioned (2).
