Python build system help needed for py-pyobjc6

Could someone please look into https://trac.macports.org/ticket/69728 ticket?
I need this port now, but it is broken by some change in Python builds.
Since it uses custom a set-up, it is confusing what to do with it to have it built and installed properly.
