clang with webassembly support

might be on the wrong track here.

i thought it may have been worth having our own wasm library for our clang, but it turns out this wasm stuff is not as big as the developers/effort make it sound.

i am getting kind of queasy going down the webassembly/firefox rabbit hole. the avatars are… let’s just say… um, imaginative.
