rspamd will not compile, order in rspamd/Portfile wrong?

That is not very satisfactory.

I have a script that does a clean re-install of all my ports. This used to work without failure or a need for intervention but this failed after going from port 2.10.0 to 2.10.1 and updating port definitions. What happened and why?
