rspamd will not compile, order in rspamd/Portfile wrong?

Ugh. That is nasty indeed.

I noticed that on another system I did not get this with the previous version because there was a download available, so it did not get compiled. That one I had kept on 2.10.0.

The problem is quite old though (a year, I think?), is it clear what the fix should be?
