No, those two auto-generated tarballs are what you access with "github.tarball_from archive". 

"github.tarball_from tarball" is an older slightly different packaging of the same information GitHub keeps around for compatibility with old download URLs that were already out there. It shouldn't be used anymore in new or updated ports.
