Call for legacy-support Testing

The latest legacy-support-devel should be considered an RC for the next 
release, so more widespread testing would be useful.  The highlights of 
the changes since the last release can be seen in the commit messgaes for 
the -devel updates:

 	24ce6807532 legacy-support-devel: update to latest master
 	e522828be5d legacy-support-devel: Update to latest master.
 	d45044b71e6 legacy-support-devel: Update to latest master.
 	f51f33e4d1a legacy-support-devel: Update to latest master.
 	e5cdc7ae6e2 legacy-support-devel: Update to latest master.

If no issues are found, this should become a release in about a week.
