Request review of PR 26725 (p5-dbd-mysql)

Hi,

It's been a while since I first requested a review of PR 26725
<https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/26725>.  I am asking again
as it's been there for a while now and I'm hoping to get some feedback on
what needs to be done to get it commited or if I should just abandon the
effort.
