Buildbot rebuild request

It seems that a prior failed build of a dep work trigger a rebuild.

wine-devel-10.7 & wine-staging-10.7 commit landed and it shows failed,
before it was merged there was another commit to crossgcc to always install
the needed build dep as order macOS versions do ship the needed binary it’s
just way too old.
