Buildbot offline due to severe weather

I'm taking the buildbot offline for the next few hours due to an incoming thunderstorm and tornado watch. 

This will also delay updates of the rsync server. If you update a port, it will not sync to the public until I bring buildbot back online. 

You can check if it's online by seeing if you get a response from https://build.macports.org
