Buildbot offline due to severe weather

There was another severe hailstorm Thursday. I didn't know beforehand and my power stayed on and the servers stayed on and survived, but thousands of other people are still without power across the city. 

Tonight, another storm is coming through. It looked less severe than Thursday's on the radar and buildbot was busy building clang 20 subports so I didn't shut down most of them. Unfortunately lightning just struck the transformer on my street so power is out.

The power company had already said it will take days to restore power to everyone from Thursday's storm.
