Trac has become unusable recently

Gregorio, I have had a bit of that myself.  The following has worked for me
so far.  Prepare your text off line in a text editor. Then go to trac,
paste in the complete message, fill in auxiliary fields, then hit send
promptly.  Do not linger in the compose window.  Repeat if needed.  HTH.
