Port index not getting updated

Hello,

I noticed that an update I pushed yesterday is not showing up yet on other machines. https://ports.macports.org/port/openjdk26-zulu/ shows it was updated to 26.32.13 over a day ago, but ‘port search openjdk26-zulu’ still shows 26.30.11 after a ‘sudo port selfupdate’.

Looking at https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/actions, I noticed that all ‘Index and mirror’ jobs on GitHub Actions seem to be failing with the following:

Error: Port lbzip2 not found 
bzip2: I/O or other error, bailing out. Possible reason follows. 
bzip2: Broken pipe

```
