Comment:

 I wonder why it's trying to build a ppc64 binary. The PowerPC Mac mini is
 a 32-bit machine, and even on 64-bit machines I'm led to believe that
 64-bit binaries are only built upon special request, and I didn't think
 MacPorts made any such request.

 Note also that `port list installed` does not do what you think it does;
 what you want is `port installed`.
