 I guess that I fixed temporarily this issue, even though you need to
 update Porfile.

 I just updated Portfile and restart installing. For those who are
 interested, here is a way:
 1) open
 /opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/ports/java/jdom/Portfile
 2) append "archive/" to master site
 3) then, restart port install
