 2 problems with ODE package:

 - config.h in ode redefine uint32 that is already define in an apple
 package
 --> workaround: you can remove the redefinition in config.h

 - drawlib and test uses opengl and there a "bug" in leopard with opengl
 app during the link

 --> workaround: change the makefile and do not process drawlib and tests
 subdir (it s not useful for the ode lib)
